Parking is a breeze with a remote controlled access gate and off street parking. The side street offers even more parking with no restrictions. Walking through the entrance door, you are faced with a grand staircase with original steps that date as far back as the house itself. The spindles and trim in the entire home are custom milled to historic accuracy. Every window has been restrung and reset to perfection to be operational. The first floor has an open plan with a formal living room with plenty of seating, a designer half bath, dining room with a modern table and massive chandelier, and a kitchen with an extra large marble island. Outside of the kitchen is a humidity controlled, custom built wine closet. Our interior designer brings each room to life with a mix of modern, antique and other interesting pieces to create an elegant but relaxing environment the we hope that you and your group can enjoy as you live the daily life of a New Orleanian.
This home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, featuring a private guest suite in a separate wing with a master bed, attached full bath a sitting area and a balcony the length of the entire suite.
